Building a unified digital airport experience from the ground up

We led the zero-to-one design of the Adani One app, defining airport-wide digital use cases and structuring a clear, scalable navigation framework. Alongside this, we built a robust design system to support rapid expansion and consistency across journeys, and designed high-impact modules including the digital shopping mall and Pranam Concierge booking.

The experience was crafted to simplify complex airport interactions into intuitive, end-to-end digital flows.
